FUNCTIONS

The culinary team at RD Catering will customise a menu that suits the season, your tastes and any dietary guidelines. These are a few examples of menus from previous events we’ve done. Please note that many dishes are not available year-round, due to seasonality of local ingredients.

SAMPLE MENU – Dinner Menus POA

Soup: Coq a leekie, Cullen Skink, Wild mushroom, French onion, Leek and potato or Roast tomato and red pepper

Greek salad, Gem leaf, Feta cheese, cucumber, red onion and cherry tomato’s drizzled with a citrus dressing

Salmon rillette with cucumber ribbons and granary toasts

Tiger prawn thermidor, tiger prawns and mushrooms baked in a ramakin in a thermidor sauce with lemon leaves and dipping crostini

Salad of local asparagus topped with soft boiled duck egg, crispy bacon

Confit chicken terrine with roast fig and endive salad
Smoked duck and confit duck rillette with pickled wild mushrooms and brambles

Burrata, Heritage tomato salad with crispy basil

Galantine of chicken with wild mushrooms and red wine jus with butter roast new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Duo of beef, short rib and rump noisette, braised shallots and thyme jus, served with Parmentier potatoes and heritage carrots £1.50 supplement

Porchetta rolled pork loin and belly with Italian flavours, surrounded with crispy crackling, roast roots, creamed leeks, roast potatoes and sage and cider jus £1 supplement
