The culinary team at RD Catering will customise a menu that suits the season, your tastes and any dietary guidelines. These are a few examples of menus from previous events we’ve done. Please note that many dishes are not available year-round, due to seasonality of local ingredients.

SAMPLE MENU – POA per person Based on 12

Smoked salmon and quails egg blini

Rare beef Yorkshire pudding

Blue cheese and wild mushroom tartlet

Chargrilled tuna Nicoise with quails eggs, fine beans and ratte potatoes

Pan fried fillet of seabass with a scallop bonbon, samphire and a citrus beurre blanc

Pan seared Scallops with Clonakilty white pudding, butternut fondue and truffled beans

Duo of Pork slow roasted belly and roast fillet with apple mash, apple crisps, heritage carrots and sautéed savoy with pancetta with a cider jus
