The culinary team at RD Catering will customize a menu that suits the season, your tastes and any dietary guidelines. These are a few examples of menus from previous events we’ve done. Please note that many dishes are not available year-round, due to seasonality of local ingredients. Please note that these prices are subject to minimum numbers, and there may be an additional cost for any order not meeting the minimum.

Porchetta rolled pork loin and belly with Italian flavours, surrounded with crispy crackling, roast roots, creamed leeks, roast potatoes and sage and cider jus £1 supplement

Pork dinner slow roasted belly and pan roasted fillet with a black pudding crumb, apple puree and crisps, William potatoes, Perry jus and sautéed cabbage £2.50 supplement
